It runs along old paths linking villages.

Some landmarks of faith accompany the walker (shrines, chapels, parish church and cross).

The ascent to Monte do Castêlo, a natural viewpoint, offers a view over the Vouga valley and rural settlements.

A highlight is Largo das Eiras, with a group of 11 canastros.
