Pillory of Sever do Vouga

It is classified as a Property of Public Interest. The result of successive stylistic readaptations and changes of location, the Pillory is currently located in the square in front of the old jail, in the centre of the town.

It has a platform with three hexagonal access steps, from where the column projects vertically, with contours in line with the polygon of the steps. The base of the column rests directly on the platform and is decorated with repeated floral motifs.
